Jackson Academy is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization that provides educational services for K-12 students. An added feature is the exceptional Daycare facilities. Parents feel safe and secure knowing that their children are attending Jackson Academy. The entire faculty and staff strive to enrich the students in developing positive self-concepts about the world and their own individual experiences in life while providing academic experiences that will enable them to meet or exceed national, state and local standards in core academic subjects.

Jackson Academy is fully accredited by the Alabama Independent School Association (AISA) and the Southern Association of Colleges and School (SACS).

Jackson Academy Picture Calendar

JA Picture Calendars are  now available!  Order forms are in the office.  These beautiful 11"X20" wall-hanging calendars begin September 2010 and run through August 2011.  Each month contains birthdays, anniversaries, and "in memory of" section as well as pictures of our students.  This is a great calendar and a great keepsake!  Give them as gifts to family and friends.  The cost is $20 to the JA PTO.  Send in your order TODAY!

40th Anniversary T-Shirts and Car Stickers Available

T-Shirts commemorating Jackson Academy's 40th Anniversary are available to order.  Short sleeve shirts are $15 and long sleeve shirts are $20.  Car stickers are $5.  You may pick up your sticker and an order form from Mrs. Linda Middleton in the library.   Order your special 40th anniversary T-Shirt TODAY!

If you haven't looked at Eagle Photographs lately you should.  The team and individual pictures for Tiny Mite, PeeWee, JV and Varsity Football, all Cheerleaders and JV and V Volleyball are available online for you to order.  I believe this will be easier and more cost effective for you as you can order whatever size and number you want.  If you have any questions about how to order from the website call me at 231-8042.  The action pictures are uploaded as soon as possible after the games but it usually takes a couple of days.  I hope you will enjoy this years pictures even more as I try to improve my knowledge and skills continuously. If you have any ideas or suggestions, please let me know.  And when you have a minute, surf on over and have a look at our Eagles.

Our School

Our school is open from 7:30a.m. to 3:30p.m.during the school year and from 8:00a.m.to 12:00p.m.during the summer. Please see the Daycare page for a listing of their hours of operation.Please make appointments to discuss admissions or billing as well as make arrangements for school tours through the front office.
